Before sales service

Project confirmation
1. Is the LED screen project for outdoor or indoor;
2. Is the LED screen project for fixed installation or rental installation that is movable;
3. How much size LED screen is needed;
4. How far distance between LED screen and control computer;

Solution preparing
1. Prepare detailed solution with datasheet and price;
2. Prepare LED screen project effect flash or image;
3. Prepare similar case picture or video as reference;
4. Checking sea or air shipment cost for LED screen shipment;

Contract Service

Production completed
1. Arrange LED screen production;
2. Provide CAD drawing of steel structure for LED screen installation;
3. Take pictures and videos of production process for customer;
4. After 15-20 working days production, LED screen started aging test;
5. Take pictures and videos during LED display aging test;
6. After 72 hours LED display screen aging test, LED screen is packed into wooden case or flight case;
7. Arrange shipment of LED display by sea or air shipment;
8. Send LED screen user manual to customers for LED display assembly and operation;

7 Days Free of Charge Training
1. Customers can dispatch engineer to our factory for 7 days training free of charge;
2. We help to book hotel and provide transportation to engineers.Customers in charge of engineer hotel and eating cost;
3. Hardware connection of the LED display;
4. Controlling software using of the LED screen;
5. Common troubleshooting means of the LED display;
6. The basic production process of the LED display;
7. SOP training and practice on each production line of the LED screen system;

LED screen installation 
1. Customers can install LED screen himself with our provided user manual;
2. Customers' engineer came to us for 7 days training and master installation knowledge;

4. Our distributors support on site assembly and operation;

After sales service
1. LED screen running follow up regularly;
2. Response customer feedback within 24 hours;
3. LED display trouble shooting together with customers;
4. Sending spare parts to customers for LED screen maintenance, free of charge;
5. Repair broken LED modules and send back to customer within 72 hours after receiving, free of charge;
6. Engineer dispatching on site if needed.

R&D Team
SHENZHEN YUCHIP LIGHTING CO.,LTD R&D department is lead by Tsinghua university optics professor 
Mr Zhang Xiaoping who is senior specialist in optics field in China. LED products from YUCHIP is 
featured shining effect, stable quality and long lifetime, it's provided 3 - 5 years warranty, compared 
with normal supplier 1 - 2 years warranty. YUCHIP R&D team is formed by 35 engineers that aiming and dedicating to providing better products to users, we will never say it's the best product, as we are thinking and making it--to be better. 

Production Team
There is 350 skilled workers in charge of LED screen production, strictly in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, and conform to certificates like CE, RoHs,CCC, FCC, TUV EMC and UL etc.  For LED display filed, the factory occupy 20,000㎡ in 5 floors, 12 lines outdoor DIP full automatic production lines and 8 lines indoor SMT production lines, with production capacity at 5000-8000㎡ per month. 

Marketing Team
YUCHIP production lines is clarifed intro LED display and LED lighting systems. For LED display there is one domestic sales team and two separate oversea sales team.All team members have to experience three months LED screen knowledge training  and pass the graduation test.Study schedule is planned of LED screen hardware and software in daily work.
